Made his Kings debut in August 2010 in what became known as the 3 Tom's game. Stylish top order batsman who made a debut fifty on a difficult pitch at Woodmansterne. Made y useful contributions throughout the end of the 2010 season before kicking off the 2011 season with an unbeaten 70 at Pyestock. Spends most of the game under a lid as when not batting also has made an impact as a useful wicket keeper very adapt when standing up. Likes nothing better than smashing the timbers down in the hope that he may get a stumping one day! Also likes a chat behind the stumps both friendly and constructive! Adorns his feet with something akin to artificial rubber feet - which he boasts that he accquired for 40 quid - we are not sure why anyone would spend that on them but he tells us he got a bargin! Our second resident of Balham who, like Windy, would very much like all games to be played in the borough of Wandsworth. Unfortunately he hails from Essex, which means he supports the Hammers

Has had a stop start career with Kings having played in the early years with some level of success, including topping the bowling averages. Top order batsman who is famous for his Graham Gooch pads and SS 4lb bat - but thats about where the similarities end! Has a powerful throw which has plenty of length but struggles with direction, hence his nickname of 'scud'. Also has a bitter and twisted mind with a passion for all sorts of sexual preversions! Supporter of QPR FC, married with several million children (and they are just the ones he knows about!) Disappointing 2010 season, with only a few appearances, meaning we never saw the best of his talents. Recently announced his retirement, but we still hope he has a re-think and we miss his outstanding fielding LOL!

Bowler of the Year (1995,1997,2001)
Fielder of the Year (1994)
Cordell Trophy - Outstanding Achievement (2001)
Was a member of the side that played the very first Kings match back in 1994. An excellent fielder and in the early years of Kings one of the clubs best bowlers. Injuries have curtailed his bowling since but is now rediscovering his form. He is one of a small band of Kings players to have taken 300+ wickets, he has also made more than 200 appearances for the club. Well known for his Tavre-esque style of batting and holds the record for the most balls faced before being dismissed without scoring. Excellent fielder with safe hands. Easily recognised by his 'fancy' haircut and his wicked sense of humour. A dedicated and loyal member of the team. He is a supporter of Brentford FC and his married to a drop dead gorgeous girl and has a young daughter
Vice Captain for the 2009-2011 seasons
Had an excellent 2010 season with the bat and had found a place in the top part of the averages. Had a top score of 33* at Byfleet and a very respectable batting average. However success with the ball was more limited and took on 8 wickets throughout the season

AWARDS: BEST NEWCOMER 2010
A South African who joins the club in 2010 following two successful performances in 2009. He made an impressive debut at Cookham Dean last season, when an explosive innings of 21 came from just 8 balls, of which he scored off every ball accept the one he was dismissed off. He then followed that up with a match winning 3-22. His on field performances and the vibe he brings both on and off the field saw him voted as the best newcomer in 2010. Became a fully committed member in 2011 and has taken the lead as one on the opening bowlers since the departure of Joel Miah. Always wears a smile on his face when off the field but heaven help you if you are the wrong side of his firey stare when he is bowling, or blowing off steam down at fine leg. Batsmen beware, his loud verbal out bursts are usually directed at himself rather than his opponents. Highly likeable guy, one who truely has Kings blood pumping through his veins

Chris Andrews Memorial Sheild - Best Bowling Performance (2007, 2010)
Bowler of the Year (2010)
A recent addition to the team he is easily recognised for his passion of wearing white stripey sun protection (no matter the weather) Made an huge impression on his debut when setting a new club record for the highest score on debut. Appearances have been limited due to University and on-going 'contract' rows with former clubs as to who he can play for on Saturdays! (like we care?) Not slow at coming forward with the 'verbals' which coming from a Fulham fan is a little bit rich. Excellent fielder and a useful bowler as proven in a match winning performance at Imber Court when taking 6 for 9
Was a regular performer with both bat and ball in the 2009 season making more appearances than before. He averaged 23.80 with the ball, including a fine 68 at Sulhamstead along with some lusty hitting at Headley. With the ball he had a successful season in taking 15 wickets at and average of 22.40 a piece with a best of 3-33, more than helping fill the gap of the retired Gordon Young

Player of the Year (2000)
Fielder of the Year (1996,1997,2000,2001,2002,2005)
Most Improved Player (1997)
Founder member of the club and made his debut in Kings first ever match. A self taught and highly under rated all rounder. One of the clubs oustanding fielders and widely recognised as one of the safest pair of hands. He is also a very solid batsman who loves to sweep - no matter where the ball pitches. When it comes good he is also a superb bowler - famously blew away the Kingstonians tail with a hat trick to win the match - can bowl a superb toe crunching yorker, but can also be prone to the more 'looser' delivery that will kill either the batsman of 2nd slip! A real team player, whose passion for the game is only matched by his temper! Famous for "NOT PAYING" he has a young family and supports Brentford FC.
Played his 200th game for the club in 2009 in a season that was curtailed by a hamstring injury. Played a signifcant role batting at number four, and no more so than at Headley CC where he made an impressive 42 when under a lot of pressure. Even though playing only 7 games, he still managed to end up the leading catcher with 8 - to keep his reknowned reputation as one the clubs best fielders

Best newcomer (2007)
Introduced to the club by Paul Bygrave (his brother-in-law) he made a great impression on his batting debut when blasting 87 versus Richmond Nomads. A talented batsman who once he is in can punish most attacks - however can be vunerable early at the crease and not unknown for some good old fashion bat flinging and a case of the sulks if he gets dismissed early doors. Good close to the wicket fielder who has talken some good catches, but has been prone to dropping some easy ones in the deep! Some say he is the love child of Garsh and Bodrum... others that he is not of this planet - the fact that he is a teacher should be a worry for future generations. Can bowl at a lively pace and infamously took a 5-for when playing against Kings for Imber Court (something he still has not been forgiven for)
Had a topsy turvey 2009, a season that saw him having to fill in many games as not only the opening bowler but also taking the number 3 slot. With the bat he top scored with an excellent 75 at Headley and made a fine innings at Sulhamstead, but an average of 17.11 would have been a disappointment. With the ball he bowled well without luck and could have easily have taken more wickets. The oustanding performance with the ball was at Claygate where his five over spell saw him return 3 wickets without conceeding a run. Approaching his fifty appearance for Kings

Player of the Year (1994)
Batsman of the Years (1999)
The club's elder statesman, and President since 1994. He was one of the founding members and who played in the very first match - taking guard first to take the pleasure of squad number 001. In the early years he was the rock of Kings, holding not ony the role of President but also fixture secretary. A larger than life character whose passion for the game and Kings is obvious to all. A talented batsman who was the rock of the batting order in the clubs early years. Had the honour of being voted the clubs first Player of the Year and also reliable fielder who made backward point his own postion for many years. Holds the record for the most catches taken in a match when taking four against Richmond Nomads. A part time bowler who has had some success - no more so than in the last game of 2008 when he took his first wickets for many years. Has coached and mentored his own dynasty of cricketers with sons Joel and Ellis, as well as daughter Shannon all having played for Kings. In addition no less than 4 other members of Dave's family have also played for the club. Had a reputation for running our either his partners or himself which led to him being likened to Inziman-ul-Haq. Now lives on the coast in Sussex which limits his appearances but is still a keen follower of the team - supports his beloved 'super hoops' (for some reason the rest of us sensible football followers can not fathom)
After a few years in exile on the South Coast it was great to see the President back amomngst the fold in 2009. Although only playing a handful of games his presence and spirit delivered more than can be measured. In the process he took his career runs for the club past the 3000 mark becoming only the fouth player to reach this milestone. Now living back close to Kings base we hope to see him on the field of play more in 2010, a season that will see him make his 200th appearance for the club

High scoring opening batsmen and Chairman of the club. He made his debut in Kings very first matcgh in 1994 at Reigate Heath. He was introduced to the club by Andy Cocks, (some say it was the only thing Andy ever did right) From the off Dave was seen as one of the most textbook correct players in the club. He made a name as someone with a great abilty to bat through the innings with great concentration. An excellent cutter and driver of the ball. He also made the position of slip his own and has taken some outstanding catches in that position - with a panche of getting down to the low ones like a sack of tatties! He likes nothing better than a run out on warm sunny sunday in his beloved MG sports car - which is just as well, as living in Balham means that evey game for him is an away game. His nickname of Windy not only comes from his surname but also for the legendary 'niffs' that follow too many beers and a strong curry - in fact you dont even need a curry, most food will have the same result. He is an ardent follower of Arsenal FC and can quote line for from many of the Blackadder TV programme (especially the Baby Eating Bishop from Bath & Wells episode and Blackadder goes forth!)
2009 saw him start and finish the season on a high. He kicked off with a record breaking 137 not out at Woodmansterne on the first sunday of the season and then signed off we another unbeaten century with 103 against Richmond Nomads (in a stand of 246 for the 1st wicket with Dave Perry). Unfortunately the games in between were not quite as fruitful. However he still managed a season total of 336 runs at an average of 48.00. The 2010 season should see him make his 200th appearence for the club

A welcome new addition to the club when he made his debut in June 2009. He made an impressive unbeaten half century in only his second match for the team and then followed this up with a match winning unbeaten 78 at Claygate. With he free scoring style he has proved in short period of time that he can bat anywhere in the top order and has a solid approach to his batting that brought significant retunrs in 2009. He has fitted in easily to the clubs mentality and approach to the game. Not backward when providing his views and has soon made himself at home in the dressing room. Although his attributes for logical thinking need reviewing following his decsion to put the wrong fuel in his car the morning he was driving a large part of team to the away game at Cookham Dean!
2009 was a superb debut season, where he made 252 runs at an average of 63.00 to finish up at the top of the batting averages. He also showed a safe pair of hands in the field taking 5 catches in his 7 matches

This man of international mystery is more likely now to be seen frequenting the airport lounges of the most bizzare destinations of the world. It is believed he is some international sales person but there are significant rumours that he is in fact on the books of the CIA or MI5 and that he is involved in some deep undercover spy ring exposure. A highly talented cricketer who joined Kings with a repuatation as reknowned all rounder (all around the bar was always a good place to find him). However his business commitments now limit his appearances however he still supports the club and he is the current fixture secretary. He has been likened to a 'ring tailed lemur' - often seen facing the sun in his favoured postion of gully where he will stand, arms out stretched soaking in the rays topping up that sun kissed tan (but somewhat bizzarely whilst still wearing his cricket jumper!) He also owns the oldest pair of batting pads anyone has ever seen, they are rumoured to have once been in the ownership of WG - and have been passed down generation upon generation. Most likely to be found seen studying his lap top than holding a bat - he is one of the clubs true characters, someone who will treat arriving at the crease in the same way as making love to a beautiful woman!
Gone, not forgotten and certainly missed!! (failed to make it on to the field of play in 2009 - but he did buy a new club shirt...which I am sure will loook good when he is swaggering around some far off hotel bar!)

Can quite openly be stated as the clubs greatest player. Since making his full seasons debut in 1995 he has led the way with some of the clubs greatest achievements. A prolifc scoring opening batsman he has scored in excess of 7000 runs for the club, including over 50 half centuries and 10 centuries. The only player to score in excess of 700 runs in a season (twice) including a record 780 in 1997. He until recently also held the record for the highest individual score. A talented fielder, he started his career with Kings behind the stumps, taking over from Steve Brown when the latter emigrated, only trouble with his knees forced him out from behind the stumps to then make a name for himself in the outfield. A very likeable and down to earth person who loves nothing better to down a beer or two - especially after making yet another fifty because it usually means he has bought another jug - claims he would be a millionaire by now if it was not for all the jugs he has had to buy over the years. a true lover of Kings CC He is a supporter of Fulham FC (just knew he was too good to be true!!)
Yet again Dave Perry proved to be one of the oustanding players of 2009. He kicked off with a fine 82 at Woodmansterne but went on to add two sparkling centuries. He made a new personal best 128* versus the Presidents XI and followed that up two weeks later with 124 versus Richmond Nomads. His total of 548 runs was 191 more runs than that of his closest rival and 8th time he had passed 500 runs in a season. For the 7th time he was voted the Batsman of the Year

Chris Andrews Memorial Sheild - Best Bowling (2003, 2005, 2008)
Joined the club in 1998 as a hard hitting batsman, who could bowl a bit. Over the years he has become a far more accomplished bowlers to become the clubs leading wicket taker of all time. He has been the leading wicket taker for the last three years and four times in the last six years. He holds the record for the most wicket in a seaon (52) which he achieved in 2003. A very friendly and easy going person who likes nothing better than to sit and talk you through how he took his wickets or how unlucky he was or how thwe umpire made a wrong decision...think you get the picture! Unless of course he was batting and got out cheaply, then he is best avoided as he is likely to go and seek some quiet bench somewhere where upon he will contemplate the meaning of life. Has had an attack of the nervous 90's twice having been dismissed for 95. He is a ture all rounder and became the first player to achive the feat of 350+ wickets as well as score 3000+ runs. He is the only person who could spend a month in the caribbean sun, with nothing but cooking oil on for protection and still come back deathly white...hence the ghoastly presences seen when he is on the field...was it he or the headless horseman?
It was a superb 2009 for Kings leading all rounder. In the process of the season he became the first player to take 350 wickets, and then to add to the feat also scored his 3000th run for the club. For the 4th season in a row he was the clubs leading wicket taker - and for the 4th time in a row he was voted Bowler of the Year. He returned 37 wickets at an average of just 13.49, and took two 5 fors, making it 12 in total in his career. During the season he surpassed Nick Tighe as the clubs leading wicket taker. With the bat he made a useful 235 runs at a healthy 33.57, including a top score of 53* and shared the award for the catch of season for a superb one handed effort against Kingfisher CC

He resisted attempts for many years to get him to come and play for Kings but has been pretty much an ever present in the side since his debut in 2001. Very level headed and keeps the team under control and on track with his presence and ensuring the playing of the game the way it should be. A more talented batsman than his batting position sometimes betrays he has only strayed out from behind the stumps when injury has prevented him from taking his usual position. Excellent keeper especially when standing up to the stumps and despite pressure from those who would like a go at the job still holds his peers at bay with over 100 career dismissals for the clubs in 150 games. Holds the position of Vice Chairman and Secretary and was Vice Captain for many years where he had a admirable record of victories when he led the side. He is a supporter of Chelsea FC
Another fine season of wicket keeping in 2009 saw him beat his own record for the number of dismissals in a season when taking the record to 19. Included was superb one handed catch off Joel Miah which was duly recognised when sharing the catch of the season award. 6 fine stumpings saw him retain his reputation for being one of the finest keepers standing up to the stumps

Bowler of the Year (1999, 2005)
Presidents Clubman Award (1997, 2001)
A founding member of the club, and has served since the beginning of time as the club's Hon. Treasurer. A highly underrated bowler who can be as tight in giving away runs as he is with the club's pennies. Although the club's resident number 11 he is no mug with the bat and heaven forbid the bowler who dares take on the flashing blade of 'Zorro'. He recently took his 250th wicket for the club, and is closing in on the same number in his appearances for the club. His house has many extensions and annexes all of which it is rumoured have been funded either by syphoning club funds or due to the nigh time activities that see his crusing the streets in his 'pimp mobile' where within he is often seen speaking in a Jamacian accent, wearing a rasta hat, eating jerk chicken, rice and peas and peddling his wares.....! His is the 'webmaster' of the full Kings website and the clubs resident photographer. Supporter of Leeds United FC
Kings legendary stalwart bowler once again toiled away without the success his spells sometimes deserve. Although the wicket hauls were not forth coming his economy rate was only bettered by Joel Miah, helping him retain his reputation for tightness! He rolled back the years with a mamonth spell of 18 overs at Cranbourne which saw him bowl to exhaustion in taking 4-79 - alas the 5th wicket would not come.

Made his debut with a single appearance in 1994 but since 1995 has been a regular for the club. He is an excellent all rounder talented with bat, ball and in the field. He was until recently the club's record wicket taker, and holds the record for the best bowling return of 7 for 15. He has also taken 2 hat tricks including 4 wickets in four balls. Was for many years the clubs out and out strike bowler who would open as well as close the innings with his intellgent bowling. Over the years he has lost some of his pace but still remains a stricky bowler. With the bat his is a hard hitting, agressive running mid to lower order batsman, but he has also opened the batting as well. In the field he has a good pair of hands and holds the record for the most catches, he has an accurate throw deadly to any batsmen taking a quick single. He is a highly competitive individual who wants to succeed at everything he does, and most of all to win everything - even the crazy golf competition on tour. This reputation led to him being the most recognised as the original 'competitive dad' - and it is not unknown for the toys to be thrown out of the pram if it does not always go his way!!! A very good golfer who plays off a handicap which is miles from what it actually should be - he's a bandit...you've been warned! He supports Arsenal FC
Once again injury curtailed his performances with the ball, that said, he still found a way to steal the limelight, as when the game against Richmond Nomads was drifting to a tame draw he came on a 'twirled' his way to taking not only the seasons best return of 5-22 - but also the 3rd hat trick of his Kings career. During the season he reached and passed the 350 career wicket mark. He also put in some useful performances with the bat, including a quick fire 53* versus Preistfield. At total of 143 runs came at an average of 23.83

Steve Brown Cup - Best Newcomer (2008)
Joined the club in 2008 and had a very promising debut season, including a superb innings of 94 at Portslade. Left handed top order batsman with bags of talent, likes to hit the ball hard and is very strong off his legs. He has lots of experience of league cricket and of captaincy and his a highly valued addition to the team. He can also bowl and keep wicket. Can not often be seen without a beer in his hand, before, during and after the game...unless he's batting of course, but there will usually be one being drunk soon after he's dismissed!
Was the unexpected performer of 2009, not with the bat - we know he can do that, but instead with the ball. His 23 wickets were a real bonus for the team following the retirement of Gordon Young. With a very good strike rate he regularly picked up wickets, coming at a healthy 16.52 a piece and was only beaten by Simon Pipe in the wicket taking stakes. In his more accustomed role of top order batsman he notched 310 runs at 34.44, with 3 fifties, including a top score of 81* versus Riverside CC. However it was the two other innings which really caught the eye - a lightning 53 at Headley CC and a quite excellent 67 versus Teddington Town. In the field he pitched in with 6 catches - an all round performance that saw him nominated as Player of the Year

True all rounder who burst on to the scene in 2003 and made an immediate impact with the ball in taking a hat trick in his second game. Is the only player in the club who has scored both a century and also taken a 5 wicket haul. Has two 7 for returns within his collection of impressive bowling returns and holds the record for the least number of game to both reach both 50 wickets and also 100 wickets. A large than life character who loves to give his opinion to anyone who will listen, and in fact to anyone who doesnt want to listen as well! Likes to spend an hour or so at bar usually telling everyone how good he is and how the game should be played. Has a healthy rivalry with fellow spinner Jaemie Gale - both will taunt each other for hours on who is better. Recently had a spell out of the game following an injury suffered playing football but made a succesful return in 2011 and showed he had lost none of his skills - and certainly none of his ego!
